Kagoshima-produced Roppakuro pork shabu-shabu served with secret soup stock

Black pigs raised in Kagoshima, southern Kyushu, an area blessed with abundant nature, are fed sweet potatoes and are a brand of pork that Japan is proud of, characterized by the sweetness of its meat.The horse mackerel and secret recipe broth, which makes the most of its sweetness, are served with Kagoshima-produced Roppaku Kurobuta pork, green onions that have been soaked for three hours, and yuzu pepper.
